Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Spinal cord injury group: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Patients with traumatic spinal cord injury; 3. Agree to take blood samples; 4. Agree to sign the informed consent form. Healthy control group: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Those who have been confirmed by physical examination to be within the scope of physical health and do not suffer from any serious organic or functional diseases; 3. Fully understand the research content of this trial, agree to take blood samples and agree to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Spinal cord injury group: 1. Suffer from craniocerebral injury, cerebrovascular disease, tumor, autoimmune disease, rheumatic system disease, diabetes and other diseases that may affect immune function; 2. Use of immunosuppressive agents such as glucocorticoids after injury; 3. Acute infection within two weeks before specimen collection; 4. Severe depression; 5. Those who are difficult to cooperate for other reasons. Healthy control group: 1. Acute infection within two weeks before specimen collection; 2. Those who are difficult to cooperate for other reasons.
