Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. 18kg/M ^2 <= BMI <= 30kg/M ^2; 4. Tension-free repair of unilateral Gilbert inguinal hernia is planned; 5. Sign the study informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Strangulated hernia, incarcerated hernia; 2. There are contraindications to nerve block or study drug; 3. Coagulation disorders; 4. Patients with high bleeding risk; 5. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. Patients with chronic pain or chronic opioid use; 7. Communication barriers, unable to cooperate with the implementation of the intervention or understand the use of the pain scale; 8. Participated in other clinical trials within three months.
