Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years, male or female; 2. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for essential hypertension, the hypertension classification is grade 1, and the risk stratification is low or intermediate risk; 3. The TCM syndrome type is diagnosed as liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome, or yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome, or no syndrome can be identified; 4. Those who have not taken antihypertensive drugs in the past or regularly take antihypertensive drugs, and have no plans to take antihypertensive drugs in the next three months; 5. Informed consent and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Obvious abnormal liver and kidney function, ALT, AST or serum creatinine is more than 2 times the upper limit of normal; 2. The body movement is unfavorable, and the operators such as Baduanjin and acupoint massage exercises cannot be completed independently; 3. Those who have eczema, ulceration and other skin damage on the head, neck, and ears are not suitable for acupoint massage practitioners; 4. Chronic gastrointestinal diseases, prone to abdominal pain and diarrhea; 5. Those who are estimated to have poor compliance and poor possibility of follow-up; 6. Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant within six months, women who are breastfeeding, and men of childbearing age who are planning to conceive a child within six months; 7. Patients with severe mental illness, malignant tumor and other major diseases; 8. Those who live their day and night upside down; 9. Suspicious or clear allergy to the test drug; 10. Those who regularly practice traditional Chinese medicine exercises (such as Taijiquan, Baduanjin, other qigong, etc.) in the past 3 months; 11. The investigators believe that they are not suitable to participate in the clinical trial.
