Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Anterior and medial knee osteoarthritis with bone-to-bone wear; 2. Aged >= 50 years; 3. The anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments and medial collateral ligaments are in good condition; 4. No groove-like changes or lateral subluxation on the lateral side of the patellofemoral joint; 5. There is full-thickness cartilage in the lateral compartment cartilage.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncorrectable intra-articular varus deformity; 2. Varus deformity >15 degree; fixed flexion contracture deformity >15 degree; proximal tibia medial angle > 90 degree or 15 degree; 3. History of previous lower extremity surgery on the affected side; 4. Infectious diseases and other systemic conditions that cannot tolerate surgery.
