Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with elective tongue frenulectomy in outpatient clinic; ASA grade I-II; first surgical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe oral and maxillofacial diseases; severe heart, liver and renal insufficiency; 2. Those with clear mental and nervous system diseases; those with retarded growth and intellectual development; those with contraindications to esketamine.
