Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 60-80 with lung cancer (ASA body state I to III) underwent video thoracic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous thoracic surgery, heart failure, bradycardia, sleep disturbance and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 2. Postoperative mechanical ventilation, abnormal liver and kidney function, coagulation disorder, electrolyte disorder, thyroid insufficiency and mental disorder.
