Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Kidney stones >= 2cm, partial staghorn stones and complete staghorn stones; 2. Infrarenal calyx stones >=1.5cm; 3. Incarcerated stones in the upper ureter, including stones > 1.5cm, stones < 1.5cm but severe hydronephrosis or failure of extracorporeal shock wave therapy; 4. Preoperative CT three-dimensional image reconstruction of renal collecting system showed that the collecting system and ureter were well visualized.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with abnormal coagulation function that cannot be corrected; 2. Those who cannot undergo surgery due to complications such as heart, brain, and lung; 3. Those with severe deformity of the spine and obesity who cannot lie prone; 4. Urinary tract infection cannot be effectively controlled; 5. Patients with renal tumors; 6. Those who are allergic to contrast media; 7. Those who are pregnant.
