Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 120 cases of children with Kawasaki disease outpatient follow-up in our hospital were collected by random sampling as the research objects. All children with Kawasaki disease were in line with the 2017 "Diagnosis, Treatment and Long-term Management of Kawasaki Disease - American Heart Association's Science for Medical Professionals" Statement "Kawasaki disease diagnosis and coronary evaluation criteria; 2. Aged 4~18 years; 3. According to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki, the parents or guardians of the research subjects gave written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past or current history of diabetes, dyslipidemia, familial hereditary cardiovascular disease, familial hereditary metabolic disease, thyroid dysfunction disease, cystinuria, chronic kidney disease, and blood system disease; 2. Any history of major surgery, blood transfusion, and use of vascular endothelial active drugs within 3 months before treatment.
