18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between the ages of 18 and 65 who are undergoing open sternotomy coronary artery bypass grafting under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with known allergies and allergic constitution to the drug components in this study; 2. Have a history of general anesthesia allergy, opioid allergy, and non-steroidal drug allergy; 3. History of neurological disease; history of chronic pain; drug addiction and alcoholism; history of long-term opioid use 4. Organ dysfunction: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) requiring oxygen therapy, bronchial asthma, heart failure, poor left ventricular function (EF28kg/m^2; 7. Language barriers, unable to complete the experiment according to the research protocol.
