Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are going to undergo colonoscopy; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years; gender is not limited; 3. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypertension, diabetes, etc.; 2. Ulcerative colitis, chronic colitis and other inflammatory diseases.
