Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction in "China Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018"; 2. Aged 45-70 years, right-handed, disease duration 3-12 months; 3. Diagnosed by CT or MRI after the onset, the cerebral infarction lesions are small, basically located near the lateral ventricle or near the basal ganglia, conscious after the onset, no serious intellectual disability, stable condition, willing to accept intelligent hand function rehabilitation training, and able to Cooperate with those who complete the scale and fMRI test; 4. No hand dysfunction before the onset, left unilateral limb dysfunction after the onset, elbow and wrist manual muscle strength test (MMT) grade 3 or above (including grade 3), Brunnstrom hand function stage IV or above (including ?) period); 5. Agree and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with systemic symptoms (such as fever, etc.) within 2 weeks before the test. 2. Those with other comorbidities (such as heart disease, pneumonia, diabetes, urinary tract infection, etc.); 3. Have received any treatment related to the trial content within the recent month, 4. have a history of alcoholism or psychotropic drug dependence; 5. There are metal-fixed dentures, stents, pacemakers or other MRI contraindications in the body, or claustrophobia.
