Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age at the time of initial enrollment is less than or equal to 3 months; 2. The birth weight is below P90, and the gestational age is 28 weeks and above; 3. Long-term residents with household registration in Chongqing; 4. The family members of the children signed the informed consent and volunteered to participate in the follow-up; 5. Good compliance, able to cooperate with reporters recording meal days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The number of days in hospital during the neonatal period is more than 30 days; 2. Suffering from major congenital heart disease, congenital malformation of digestive tract, congenital liver and kidney disease, congenital nervous system disease, and genetic metabolic disease.
