Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No obvious heart, liver, kidney, respiratory system and nervous system diseases, ASA grade I-II; 2. All patients with non-syndromic cleft lip and palate have received cleft lip repair and cleft palate repair before orthognathic surgery; 3. The maxillary Le Fort I osteotomy is required to be advanced.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe systemic diseases or patients who cannot tolerate general anesthesia surgery; 2. Patients and their families refuse to participate in the trial due to their educational level or various other reasons.
