18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years, gender is not limited; 2. Clinically diagnosed as acute ischemic stroke; 3. Baseline NIHSS score >= 6 points, and = 2b); 6. The subjects or their legal representatives agree to the treatment and sign the project informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with posterior circulation infarction; 2. mRS >= 2 points before the onset; 3. Patients who intend to use or have been treated with anticoagulant drugs; 4. Existing or enrolled patients with active organ hemorrhage within 6 months, including cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, fundus hemorrhage, etc.; 5. There are other intracranial lesions, such as cerebral vascular malformations, cerebral venous lesions, tumors and other diseases involving the brain; 6. Severe organ dysfunction or failure; 7. Those with severe blood system disease or severe coagulation abnormality; 8. Those with a history of severe trauma or major surgical operations within 6 months before enrollment; 9. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 10. Patients with life expectancy less than 3 months or patients who cannot complete the study for other reasons; 11. Other conditions deemed inappropriate by the investigator.
