Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years, male or female; 2. Clinical and imaging diagnosis of hip fractures, including intertrochanteric fractures and femoral neck fractures; 3. The cause of the hip fracture is a low-energy injury factor such as a fall; 4. Received hip fracture internal fixation or joint replacement surgery in our hospital, and survived the perioperative period; 5. Regular follow-up after operation, and the time is more than 12 months. During the follow-up period, various fracture healing inspections are accepted, and the data are kept intact; 6. The patient fully understands the project and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with serious complications: such as infection, shock, damage to important organs, etc., affecting the early fracture treatment; 2. History of ipsilateral hip or lower extremity fracture in the past; 3. High-energy injury and multiple body injuries; 4. Suffering from chronic diseases that affect bone metabolism such as severe diabetes, thyroid disease, endocrine system disease, osteoarthropathy; 5. Recently taking calcium, diuretic, glucocorticoid, heparin and other drugs that may affect bone metabolism; 6. Complete medical records were not obtained.
