Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the criteria for depression and anxiety symptoms in ICD-10; 2. Depression group: 17-item Hamilton Depression Scale > 17 points, anxiety group: 14-item Hamilton Anxiety Scale>14 points; 3. Aged 12 to 18 years; 4. Both are right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with depression and anxiety caused by other systemic diseases and organic brain lesions; 2. Patients with a history of head disease, brain injury, epilepsy and other neurological diseases; 3. Patients with a history of serious systemic diseases such as cardiovascular system, respiratory system, immune system; 4. Patients with a history of alcohol and drug abuse; 5. Patients with metal implants such as dentures and pacemakers in the body; 6. Women during pregnancy and lactation; 7. Patients who have received electroconvulsive therapy.
