20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 45 years, gender is not limited; 2. Agree to participate in this clinical trial and sign the informed consent voluntarily; 3. No immune-related diseases; 4. No chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are symptoms of liver damage (ALT or AST or TBil >= 3 times ULN) or there is a primary liver disease; 2. Patients with poor renal function and SCr>1.5 times the upper limit of normal; 3. Acute disease (such as new pneumonia, fracture, stroke, myocardial infarction, etc.); 4. Severe coagulation dysfunction; 5. During pregnancy or lactation; 6. Those with mental illness; 7. Those who have participated in other clinical trials in the past three months; 8. Can not understand the content of the test or can not cooperate.
