Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PCOS patients diagnosed according to the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Polycystic ovary Syndrome; 2. Aged <= 35 years; 3. All IVF protocols were antagonist protocols.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other endocrine diseases, such as Cushing's syndrome, thyroid dysfunction, hyperprolactinemia, etc.
