Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Experimental group: >=18 years old, BMI >=28g/m^2, patients who plan to undergo gastric volume reduction surgery, sign the informed consent; 2. Control group:>=18 years, BMI<=28g/m^2, signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from coronary heart disease, severe aortic valve or mitral valve heart disease, hypertrophic heart disease, and other secondary cardiomyopathy; 2. Suffering from stroke, peripheral vascular disease, chronic kidney disease (eGFR<=60), heart failure.
