Osteoarthritis of the knee

Interventions

Group A:Preemptive analgesia was started 48 hours before surgery, and celecoxib was given orally 200mg every 12 hours, the last one hour before surgery
Group B:Preemptive analgesia was started 24 hours before surgery, and celecoxib was given orally 200mg every 12 hours, the last one hour before surgery.
Group C:Preemptive analgesia was started 1 hour before surgery, and celecoxib 400mg was given orally

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need unilateral primary TKA surgery due to severe knee osteoarthritis; 2. Aged 40~80 years; 3. The preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification (anesthesia risk assessment) was grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; 2. There is moderate or higher knee joint deformity (varus and flexion) and joint stiffness; 3. Those who drink heavily or take opioids for a long time; 4. Language barriers and those who cannot complete the numerical rating scales (NRS) of pain; 5. Patients with neuropathy on the side of the operation; 6. Mental patients; 7. Those with previous peptic ulcer.
