Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The children were examined by bone marrow cytology, immunohistochemical and genetic analysis and histochemical staining, which met the diagnostic criteria for leukemia in the "Diagnosis and Curative Criteria for Hematological Diseases"; 2. The age of the child is less than or equal to 18 years old; 3. The child and his parents have no previous cognitive impairment, have certain comprehension ability, and can express their feelings clearly and accurately in language; 4. Agree to participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. After the child is diagnosed with leukemia, give up treatment or die within 1 month; 2. The children and their parents have mental illnesses such as schizophrenia.
