16 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Recipients aged 16 to 70 years; 2. Indications for kidney transplantation; 3. DBD donor kidney was used for transplantation; 4. First kidney transplantation; 5. BPAR, no contraindications for biopsy; 6. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Donors with multiple organ injuries 2. Patients with absolute contraindications for kidney transplantation; 3. Drug combination within the specified scope, especially drugs which have a great influence on the test results, and affect the judgment of efficacy and safety; 4. Participants in other clinical trials; 5. Previous history of organ transplantation; 6. Other circumstances that the researcher considers unsuitable for inclusion.
