Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. 11-13+6 weeks of pregnancy; 3. Singleton pregnancy, fetal survival; 4. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe fetal malformation/abnormality; 2. Severe mental disorders, unable to express their wishes; 3. There are obvious other abnormal signs, laboratory examinations and other clinical diseases, and according to the judgment of the researcher, they are not suitable to participate in the researcher; 4. According to the investigator's judgment, those who cannot be observed and followed up to obtain delivery information.
