Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Residents of Han nationality in Lhasa, aged 18 to 65 years; 2. The physical examination is basically normal; 3. Able to use smart phones proficiently; 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with nerve, muscle, skeletal muscle and rheumatic diseases that may be aggravated by other sports; 2. Major surgery (except body surface surgery) has been performed within half a year, and regular exercise cannot be performed; 3. Combined with severe mental or psychological disorders; 4. Can not accept or have no time to cooperate with sports for more than 1 year.
