Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients undergoing elective laparoscopic hernia repair under general anesthesia; 2. Aged >= 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pyloric obstruction, glaucoma or prostatic hypertrophy; 2. MMSE score < 23, education < 7 years; 3. Suffering from central nervous system and mental diseases, including senile dementia, Alzheimer's disease, etc.; 4. Taking sedatives, antidepressants, alcoholism; 5. Those with severe visual or hearing impairment or unable to communicate with visitors for other reasons.
