18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 year; 2. The diagnosis is CAD, and CAG+PCI is planned; 3. Use Provisional procedure to treat bifurcation lesions (D for LAD, OM for LCX, and PDA/RPLA for RCA are defined as side branches); 4. The angiographic images are clear, complete and without overlap.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinical or angiographic conditions limiting QFR calculation (left main disease, CTO disease, progressive ventricular arrhythmia, or persistently significant tachycardia); 2. The diameter of side branch vessels is less than 1.5mm.
