Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients: 1. Aged > 65 years, male or female; 2. ASA classification I ~ III; 3. Intended for sedation and anesthesia; 4. The intended operation is "gastroscopy". Overweight patients: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years, male or female, BMI >= 25 kg/m2; 2. ASA I-II grades; 3. Intended for sedation and anesthesia; 4. The intended operation is "gastroscopy".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly patients: 1. There are contraindications to anesthetics; 2. Rhinitis, epistaxis and other nasal diseases; 3. The endoscopic process requires a lot of water injection; 4. Painless gastroscopy time is more than 1 hour; 5. The patient has severe cardiopulmonary disease. Overweight patients: 1. There are contraindications to anesthetics; 2. Rhinitis, epistaxis and other nasal diseases; 3. The endoscopic process requires a lot of water injection; 4. Painless gastroscopy time is more than 1 hour; 5. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases; 6. Morbidly obese patients with BMI >= 40 kg/m2.
