Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group (group A): 1. Aged 18 to 85 years; 2. Sign the informed consent for coronary angiography (CAG) and PCI; 3. The diagnosis of STEMI conforms to the "Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction" [1]; 4. The patients and their families were informed and agreed to participate in this study. Control group (group B): 1. Aged 18 to 85 years; 2. Sign the informed consent for coronary angiography (CAG); 3. Patients with normal CAG; 4. The patients and their families were informed and agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous PCI or coronary artery bypass grafting; 2. Those who have received thrombolytic therapy before interventional therapy and STEMI patients have spontaneous vascular access or thrombus shedding; 3. Those with systemic diseases such as cerebrovascular disease, peripheral arterial disease, severe infectious disease, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, blood system and malignant tumor; 4. Those who have taken hormones, immunosuppressants and other drugs that affect the level of cytokines in the blood.
