Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with insufficient vitamin D (25-OHD<75nmol/L) and diagnosed with GDM at 24-28 weeks of gestation at the first investigation; 2. Live in the urban area of Hefei during pregnancy, and plan to have an obstetric examination and give birth at the research site; 3. Singleton pregnancy; 4. Aged 18 to 40 years; 5. Voluntarily participate in regular follow-up after being informed; 6. Can clearly answer the questions of the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adopt assisted reproductive technology; 2. Suffering from severe organic disease or mental disease; 3. Serious complications during pregnancy; 4. Long-term use of drugs that affect liver and kidney function; 5. Those who do not cooperate with completing the questionnaire.
