Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer; 2. Patients who received basic chemotherapy (FOLFOX, XELOX or FOLFIRI) after surgery; 3. Patients with baseline uric acid levels after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with events that significantly affect uric acid levels or taking uric acid-lowering drugs before chemotherapy, such as benzbromarone, probenecid, febuxostat, allopurinol, etc.; 2. Patients with other malignant tumors; 3. Patients with other diseases that seriously affect survival: such as uncontrolled hypertension, severe organ failure, chronic diseases with long-term irregular treatment, etc.; 4. The baseline uric acid value measurement time is more than 7 days from the start of the chemotherapy regimen or the baseline imaging measurement time is more than 8 weeks after the start of the chemotherapy regimen or more than 8 weeks before the start of the chemotherapy regimen.
