18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Generalized anxiety disorder diagnosed according to DSM-5; 3. HAM-A score >= 14 points; 4. HAM-D < 23 points; 5. Junior high school education or above; 6. Can cooperate to complete various assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. Alcohol or substance addiction; 3. Current or past neurological or schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other mental disorders; 4. Serious physical disease, cognitive dysfunction, hearing impairment, etc.; 5. There is a risk of self-harm and suicide; 6. Have made an appointment with a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist or psychotherapist; 7. Have a regular meditation or yoga practice.
