18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Able to communicate and communicate in normal language; 2. No mental illness or cognitive impairment; 3. Voluntarily accept communication interviews; 4. All participating patients and normal volunteers signed the informed consent and voluntarily joined this clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Drug, smoking or alcohol abuse; 2. Those with congenital malformations of reproductive organs; 3. Patients with primary chronic diseases, urogenital tract infections, varicocele, and epididymitis; 4. Those who cannot meet the abstinence time for many times (more than two times), which leads to the obstruction of sample collection for many times, and wastes test manpower and material resources.
