Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The elderly >=60 years old in pension institutions; 2. Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent; 3. For the elderly without social decline, HALFT score <= 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hearing or visual impairment, serious physical diseases, such as cardiovascular system, endocrine system, urinary system, digestive system, nervous system and blood system diseases, serious mental diseases; 2. Patients who developed death during follow-up.
