Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for cryopreservation of oocytes: 1.Aged = 4cm; 4.Who are able to tolerate ovulation induction and vaginal egg-extraction procedures; 5.Voluntarily participate in this study, sign informed consent, good compliance, and follow up. Inclusion criteria for cryopreservation of ovarian tissue: 1. Aged = 4cm, 4. With normal ovarian reserve function 5. Able to tolerate laparoscopic surgery 6. Able to understand and be willing to provide written informed consent and to comply with study requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with infectious diseases (HIV, syphilis, hepatitis, etc.); 2. Patients with surgery or anesthesia contraindication; 3. Patients with mental disorders or family history of mental diseases; 4. Other conditions that do not conform to laws, regulations or ethics.
