Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Fasting for >= 6 hours, fasting for >= 2 hours; 4. Agree to undergo gastric ultrasonography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refuses to participate in the study; 2. There are contraindications for painless digestive endoscopy; 3. History of esophageal or gastric surgery in the past; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Can not lie on the right side.
