Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 35 years, female; 2. Comply with Western Medicine Diagnostic Standard (IR-PCOS); 3. Comply with the standard of TCM syndrome differentiation and diagnosis; 4. No history of hormone drugs and drugs affecting glucose metabolism in the first 3 months of treatment; 5. Volunteer participation and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other endocrine disorders related to this disease (such as Cushing's syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, etc.); 2. Combined with congenital malformations or defects of the reproductive system, organic diseases of the reproductive system (such as uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, etc.); 3. Combined with germline malignant tumors (such as endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, etc.); 4. Combined with genital inflammation, genital tuberculosis, pelvic inflammatory disease; 5. Either one of the husband and wife has sexually transmitted diseases such as syphilis and AIDS; 6. Combined with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and mental patients; 7. Combined with chromosomal abnormalities, or in pregnancy or lactation; 8. Allergic to the drugs used in this research.
