Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic kidney disease stage 3-5, and have not undergone dialysis treatment (including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis) 2. The TCM syndrome type is diagnosed as spleen-kidney qi deficiency, blood stasis and dampness turbidity; 3. Aged 18 to 75 years; 4. The patient agrees to accept the examination and treatment plan related to this subject, and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe respiratory, liver, cardiovascular and blood system diseases (such as acute myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, severe valvular heart disease, etc.) and severe infection and other critical illnesses; 2. Liver insufficiency; 3. Recent history of surgery or major trauma; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Combined with other serious wasting diseases such as tumor and tuberculosis; 6. Those with uncontrollable acid-base balance disorders or electrolyte disorders; 7. Those who are allergic to the test drug, or have an allergic constitution; 8. People with mental disorders who cannot cooperate with treatment; 9. Severe hemorrhoids, anal fissures, perianal abscesses and other anorectal diseases.
