Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients proposed to undergo lobectomy with left dual luminal bronchial intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mallapati grading > GRADE II or Cormach-Lehane grading > Grade 2 under ordinary laryngoscopy; 2. Patients requiring intubation by means of exposure other than direct laryngoscopy or visual laryngoscopy; 3. Patients with dual-chamber intubation type < 35 Fr; 4. Patients with intraluminal lesions of the main airway; 5. Patients with a history of cervical spine or limited range of motion.
