Low risk group:Anticoagulant therapy will be continued for 3 months after radiofrequency ablation
High risk group:Anticoagulant therapy will be continued for 1 year after radiofrequency ablation

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Symptomatic nonvalvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) refractory to antiarrhythmic drugs; 3. One or more CHA2DS2-VASc risk factors; 4. Patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation under the guidance of intracardiac echocardiography; 5. Agreed to sign the informed consent form for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Left atrial thrombus and additional ablation or CFAE ablation strategy; 2. Patients with stroke in recent 3 months; 3. Patients with severe heart failure (NYHA IV).
