Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic kidney disease stages 3-5 and have not undergone dialysis treatment (including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis); 2. The syndrome differentiation of TCM is the syndrome of kidney deficiency and turbidity; 3. Aged 18-75 years; 4. The patient agrees to accept the examination and treatment plan related to this subject, and signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe respiratory, liver, cardiovascular and blood system diseases (such as acute myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, severe valvular heart disease, etc.) and severe infections and other critical illnesses; 2. Patients with liver dysfunction; 3. Recent history of surgery or major trauma; 4. Pregnancy, or lactation; 5. Combined with other serious wasting diseases such as tumor and tuberculosis; 6. Allergic to the test drug, or are allergic; 7. Mental abnormalities who cannot cooperate with treatment; 8. Severe anorectal diseases such as hemorrhoids, anal fissures, and perianal abscesses.
