Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Endoscopic findings and laboratory results confirmed autoimmune atrophic gastritis; 3. Pathologically diagnosed as G1G2 grade 1 gastric neuroendocrine tumor; 4. After endoscopic resection (the number of endoscopic resection lesions >= 3, with or without residual lesions after operation); or patients with recurrence after endoscopic resection (number of recurrent lesions >= 3); 5. Hypergastrinemia; 6. The diameter of lesions was less than 1 cm; 7. Imaging examination (abdominal CT or B-ultrasound) shows no clear signs of metastasis; 8. Subjects examined at the research center; 9. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to octreotide or any excipients in the preparation; 2. Multiple pseudopolyps or hyperplastic polyps; 3. Severe postoperative complications; 4. Complicated with dysfunction of important organs such as heart, lung, liver and kidney; 5. Complicated with mental illness; 6. Incomplete clinical data (unclear diagnosis, incomplete medical history, incomplete medication records, etc.); 7. Pregnancy or lactation; 8. Those who cannot be followed up for a long time.
