Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction with onset <= 12 hours; 2. Aged <= 65 years; 3. Subjects voluntarily joined the study and signed informed consent with good compliance and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with postoperative death endpoint events; 2. Patients with myocarditis or pericarditis; 3. Patients with acute cerebrovascular disease; 4. Patients with heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; 5. Patients with acute and chronic infectious diseases; 6. Tumor patients; 7. Patients with autoimmune diseases; 8. Patients with contraindications to CMR examination.
