Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged>=45 years; 2. Now lives in Bengbu community; 3. Understand the relevant issues of this study and participate in this study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With pacemakers,stents and internal fixators,etc 2. Have serious hearing or vision problems that hinder the completion of this survey. 3. Those who have serious physical diseases and cannot cooperate.
