Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic spontaneous urticaria in the revised 2017 international urticaria guidelines; 2. 0-17 years old, regardless of gender; 3. No antihistamines for three days and no glucocorticoids for one month; 4. Obtain the informed consent of the patient and/or the patient's guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have severe infectious diseases, mental illness, primary or secondary immunodeficiency, tumors and other diseases that affect the quality of life; 2. Those who are receiving anticoagulant therapy or receiving systemic steroid therapy; 3. According to the researchers, guardians are not trustworthy or have poor compliance
