Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the SAKI diagnostic criteria; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. The case data is complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous chronic kidney disease or previous renal dysfunction; 2. Receiving kidneys before admission Dialysis treatment or kidney transplantation; 3. Acute glomerulonephritis, acute renal interstitial nephritis, urinary tract obstruction and other acute kidney diseases caused by AKI; 4. Recent use of nephrotoxic drugs; 5. Do not agree to participate in this research.
