Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >= 18 years old; 2. CTA confirmed responsible internal carotid artery or middle cerebral artery M1 segment (TICI grade 0-1); 3. For stroke patients with awakening stroke or stroke onset at 6-24 hours, RAPID imaging results must meet the criteria of DAWN or DEFFUSE3 before endovascular treatment; 4. Baseline ASPECTS score >= 6; 5. Baseline NIHSS score >= 6; 6. Pre-stroke mRS 50% was confirmed during the procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemorrhagic physique, coagulation factor deficiency or oral anticoagulant therapy (INR > 3.0); 2. Baseline platelet count 400mg/dL; 4. Intractable hypertension uncontrolled by drugs (systolic blood pressure > 220 mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg); 5. End-stage diseases leading to patients' expected survival time of less than one year; 6. Patients with severe allergy to contrast media; 7. Patients with renal insufficiency (serum creatinine >= 3 mg/dL); 8. Pregnant or lactating female patients; 9. Patients with neurological or mental disorders before onset; 10.
