Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent elective resection of colorectal cancer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from December 2021 to December 2022; 2. Gender is not limited; 3. Aged >= 60 years; 4. ASA I-III; 5. The estimated operation time >= 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by severe respiratory and circulatory system diseases; 2. Have a clear history of central nervous system, or mental or psychological diseases or taking related drugs; 3. Preoperative MMSE score illiteracy level < 17 points, primary school level < 20 points, middle school level < 22 points, college and above level < 24 points; 4. Patients who are unable or unwilling to cooperate with the completion of cognitive function tests and blood collection for various reasons.
