Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke conforming to the diagnostic criteria for cerebral apoplexy formulated at the 4th National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases; 2. Imaging (computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging of the brain) confirmation of stroke; 3. First onset; 4. No cognitive impairment and no mental illness; 5. Aged 18-80 years; 6. Did not receive systematic rehabilitation treatment and EMG examination; 7. Consent and sign informed consent for treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with multiple peripheral neuropathy, cervical spondylosis, diabetes and other peripheral neuropathy; 2. Severe heart disease or wearing cardiac pacemaker, severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients with skin injury, inflammation or serious skin disease at the stimulated site; 4. Patients with epilepsy, tuberculosis, connective tissue disease and malignant tumor; 5. Other inability to cooperate with the examination; 6. Did not complete the course of treatment.
