Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Surgical patients with ASA I-II; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those whose BMI value is less than 18.5 kg/m^2, or greater than 23.9 kg/m^2; 2. Those who have sleep disorders; 3. Those who have taken sedatives and analgesics for a long time, have a history of drug abuse, alcohol abuse and drug abuse; 4. People who have adverse reactions to benzodiazepines; 5. People who have abnormal liver and kidney function; 6. People who have recent irregular life schedules; 7. People who have mental illness, neurological, endocrine disease or genetic disease.
