Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The lesion (tumour or ulcer) is located in the right hemicolectomy or in the hepatic region of the transverse colon, or in the ileocecal region; 2. Patients require right hemicolectomy as necessary treatment in preoperative assessment; 3. KPS score >= 80; 4. Basic normal blood, biochemical, cardiopulmonary, hepatic and renal function. White blood cell count >= 4 x 10^9/L, haemoglobin >= 60 g/L, platelet count >= 100 x 10^9/L; glutamate transaminase ALT, glutamate transaminase AST = 60 ml/min. 5. >= 18 and < 75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery (with indications for emergency surgery such as intestinal obstruction; perforation; bleeding); 2. Pathological type of lymphoma or malignant tumour with distant metastases; 3. Patients with a previous history of malignancy, or who have received neoadjuvant chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy; 4. Patients with other serious primary diseases and psychiatric disorders that may pose a greater risk.
